- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered in a company. I "enrolled" over the phone for insurance and money was directly taken out of my bank account. I have proof of this in my bank statement. After hanging up the phone that day no one has found any proof of this transaction or my enrollment. I've now had multiple hour+ phone calls and the last one ended with the representative from the FINANCE DEPARTMENT telling me that she also cannot find any evidence of such a payment so I will have to go to the walk in center in East Providence where someone can help me.
